Student: Arrested

1) Hossein Assadi the secretary of the Ardebil Azad University Islamic association committee was arrested by the province security guard. (Advar news.2007.Jan.22)

Student: summoned and interrogated in court

2) Vahid Abedini,Behnam Sepehrmand, Morteza Khosravi, Esa Adeli, Mostafa Kohi, Saeed Saeedi the members of the Tehran university Islamic association were summoned to the university disciplinary committee .they were charged with participating in student day gathering.(Ilna.2007.Jan.2)

3) Hossein Dabagh the member of the Tehran university Islamic association was summoned to the university disciplinary committee. He was charged with participating in student day gathering.(Ilna.2007.Jan.3)

4) Samira Razaghi and Ahmadi the members of the Shiraz university Islamic association were tried in the university disciplinary committee .Ali Masihi the student of the Tehran University was summoned to the disciplinary committee. (Isna.2007.Jan.4)

5) During the last 2 months 80 students were summoned to the disciplinary committee and divers sentences were issued for them (Isna. 2007. Jan.6)

6) Azadeh Forghani a Tehran university student who was arrested in 15 June gathering in Tehran was summoned to the branch no.15 of the revolutionary court, with the charge of acting against the security of state. (Ilna. 2007. Jan.6)

7) Ali Gholi Zadeh the member of the Shahrood university Islamic association and the editor in charge of the banned student magazine “Farhang -e- Mobarezeh” was interrogated in branch no.4 of the province public court. He was charged with insulting the Basij security guard. (Ilna.2007.Jan.2)

8) Milad Asadi the chief in charge of the student magazine Drang was interrogated in supervisory committee of the Khaj-e- Nasir University. He was charged with corruption propagation, acting against the public chastity and insulting the authorities. (Advarnews.2007.Jan.3)

9) A student of Yazd University was summoned to the disciplinary committee, with the charge of participating in student objection regarding to bad food quality and diseases prevalence. (Khabar Nameh Amir Kabir.2007.Jan5)

10) Hamid Reza Poor the secretary of the Islamic association of Behzisti University had announced: some of the students of this university were summoned to the disciplinary committee.(Isna.2007.Jan.7)

11) Gita Azari,Niki Molana,Zia Nabavi,Sadegh Khoshhal,Saeed Yaghoobi,Bijan Sabagh,Arash Pakzad, students of the Mazandaran university were summoned to the disciplinary committee with the accusation of propagation of Marxism and communism Ideas, making speeches, participating in student day gathering and insulting the university guards . 12) Nasrin Solta Beigi student of the Almameh Tabatabaii University, who was arrested during 15 June gathering in Tehran, was summoned to the branch no.15 of the Tehran Revolutionary court .under the accusation of acting against the security of state. (Advarnews.2007.Jan.8)

13) Parisa Nosrat Abadi, Shahoo Rastegari and Mohammad Karim Asayesh the student activists of the Tehran university were summoned to the disciplinary committee with the accusation of participating in student day gathering.(Ilna.2007.Jan.9

14) Younes Zareyoon the former security of the “Arman-e-Daneshjoo formation of the Tabriz Azad University was summoned to the disciplinary committee with the accusation of disturbing the university order. (Isna.2007.Jan.12)

15) Masood Hashemi the editor in chare of the “Takhteh siyah” student magazine was summoned to the disciplinary committee with the accusation of publishing an image of Reza Abbasi and his prison calendar. (Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

16) Ahmad nor Hoseini, Hasan Soheili, Saeed Ghorbanian and Kazem Hosein Zadeh the Sabzevar university students were summoned to the branch no.1 of the province public court .under the accusation of making objection for the Tohid Ghafar Zadeh murder case. Also Ahmad Noor Hoseini and Mostafa Sedaghatjo the student activist of the same university were summoned to the disciplinary committee with the charge of insulting Basij security guard and disturbing the public opinion. 17) Esmaeel Salmanpoor, Soroosh Borzo,Bijan PoorYousefi and Arman Sedaghati the Amir Kabir students were summoned to the disciplinary committee. With the charge of participating in June student gathering and breaking out in university.(Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

18) Maryam MehrAzar ,Mahsa Neghabi and Fereidoon Nazari the members of the Sabzevar university Islamic Association central council were summoned to the province public court .under the accusation of making objection for the Tohid Ghafar Zadeh murder case and insulting Basij security guard (Ilna.2007.Jan.15)

19) Nemati and 5 other members of the Isfahan university Islamic Association central council were summoned to the disciplinary committee, under the accusation of making objection to the expulsion of a student. (Isna.2007.Jan.17)

Student: education deprivation

20) Reza Ghazi Noori the student of the Tehran University that had the sentence of education deprivation for the last term got this sentence for this term too. (Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

Student: issued sentences

21) Shahram Hoseini , Hamid Reza Rabani and Shahram Ali Doosti the birjand university student activist were tried in the university disciplinary committee .They were sentenced to deprivation of the cultural activities and having written reprimand in their educational dossier.(Isna.2007.Dec.21)

22) A student of the Sistan Baloochestan University was sentenced to one semester of studying deprivation. (Isna.2007.Dec22)

23) 10 students of the Tabriz Sahand University were sentenced to having the written reprimand in their educational dossier, with the charge of participating in student objection and damaging the university properties. (Mehr.2007.Jan.3)

24) Mosafa Raisian, Amin Khosravi,Bahador FekrAzad and Yaser Mahmoodi ,the Shahkurd university student were sentenced to one semester of studying deprivation.(Ilna.2007.Jan.4)

25) Faroogh Maroofi the members of the Tarbiyat Moalem university Islamic Association central council was sentenced to one semester of studying deprivation having written reprimand in his educational dossier and deprivation of university welfare facilities.(Isna.2007.Jan.12)

26) Enayat Alah Homayi ,the student activist of the Economy Faculty of the Tehran university said: four former Islamic association members of this faculty were sentenced to written reprimand .(Isna.2007.Jan.12)

27) Saeed Yaghoobi, Ziaaldin Nabavi and Bian Sabagh the Mazandaran University were sentenced to one semester of studying suspension. With the charge of participating in student day gathering and making the non-authorized meetings. (Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

Bans on student publications:

28) The student magazine of the Shahrood University “Farhang-e- Mobarezeh” with the editor in charge of the Ali Gholi Zadeh was banned permanently under the order of the supervisory committee on the student publications. (Ilna.2007.Dec.23)

29) The license of the student magazine of the Amir Kabir University “Tam-e- Azadi” with the editor in charge of the Ali Kargar was cancelled under the order of the supervisory committee on the student publications. (Ilna.2007.Dec.31)

30) The license of the student magazine of the Zanjan University “Takhte siyah” was cancelled under the order of the supervisory committee on the student publications. (Ilna.2007.Jan.16)

Preventions on student formation

31) Making speech of Dr .Ehsan Naraghi in Shahrood University was annulled by the supervisory committee on student formation order. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

Bans on movies, books and sites

32) The book named SHARAF ALNABI was collected from bookshops with the objection of the Qum province religious authorities. (Baz tab.2007.Jan.18)

34) Adnan Hasan Poor the writer of he banned magazine ‘Asoo” was arrested by the security guards.(Ilna.2007.Dec.27)

35) The Baztab site with the editor in charge of Amar Kalantari was known illegal. (Ilna.2007.Jan.3)

36) The magazine “Varavi” with the editor in charge of Salim Zahmat Kesh was banned in Ardebil province. . (Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

37) Mohsen Ashrafi the chief in charge of the banned magazine Bonyan was summoned to the branch no.1083 of the Tehran public court with the public prosecutor complaint, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions and propaganda against the state.(Ilna.2007.Dec.26)

38) Abd Alah Sohrabi the chief in charge of the banned magazine Rojhalat was summoned to the branch no.4 of the Sanandaj public court .Saman Soleimani ,Farhad Amin Poor and Reza Ali Poor the other members of the magazine were also summoned to the court with the charge of acting against the security of state. 39) Mohamad Naimi Poor the chief in charge of the banned magazine Yas-e-no was summoned to the branch no.76 of the Tehran penal court with the public prosecutor complaint, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions and propaganda against the state. 40) Shahbazi the chief in charge of the Gol magazine was summoned to the branch no.9 of the Tehran court with the public prosecutor complaint, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions and propaganda against the state. (Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

41) The chiefs in charges of the magazines “Shargh”, “Sayban”, “Sepidar Sheshom” and “ Ya Lesarat Alhosein’ were summoned to the court with the public prosecutor complaint, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions and propaganda against the state.(Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

47) The chief in charge of the Nava-ye-Vaght magazine was tried in branch no.11of Kordestan penal court, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions. (2007.Jan.8)

48) Gholam Hosein Karbaschi, the chief in charge of the banned magazine “Ham Mihan” was tried in branch no.1083 of Tehran penal court, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions. (Isna.2007.Jan.18)

49) Dr.Hesam Firoozi the human right activist who was arrested with the charge of giving medical treatment to Ahmad Batebi was released on bail. (Ilna.2007.Dec.26)

50) Making speech of Ezat Alah Sahabi in Esfahan mosque was annulled by the security guards. (Mizan news.2007.Jan.3)

51) Dr.Hashem Aghajari and Abdalah Momeni who were quitting the country for giving a speech in MIT University in U.S were known exit prohibited in the air port. (Ilna.2007.Jan.4)

54) Ebrahim Jafarzadeh the Azar baijan National movement activist was summoned to Tabriz revision court and was sentenced to5 years of suspension imprisonment.( Student committee of human right reporters.2007.Jan.9)

55) Parvin Ardalan and Nooshin Ahmadi and Aliyeh Eghdam Doost the woman right activist who were arrested during 15 June gathering in Tehran were summoned to the branch no.15 of the Tehran revolutionary court, with the charge of participating in illegal gathering. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

56) Kalil Bahramian the juridical attorney was summoned to the Tehran government employee’s court. With the charge of insulting the prison authorities during Akbar Mohamadi’s death case. (Advar news.2007.Jan.7)

59) Dr.Parviz Varjavand was interrogated in branch no.3 of the Tehran government employee’s court,under the accusation of propaganda against the state. (Ilna.2007.Dec.24)

61) Saeed Nisi the attorney of “M-L” ,”H-B’ ,”A-M” and ’R-H” said: his clients were tried in branch no.1 of the Ahvaz revolutionary court. they were charged with acting against the security of state, propaganda against the state, forming the illegal gatherings and keeping arms.(Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

62) Mansooreh Shojaii , Farnaz Seifi, and Talat Karim niya the woman right activist were arrested in Tehran air port. And their house was inspected by the security guards. (Ilna.2007.Dec.28)

63) Heidar Gholi Soltani, 75 years old, the retired attorney was arrested and released on bail. (Student committee of human right reporters.2007.Jan.7)

64) Davood Mohamadi and ,Hossein Mohamadiand Peiman Bahrami the Azarbayjan national movement activists and the participants in an objection for supporting Abas Lesani in front of the Ardebil prison were arrested by the security guards.(Advar News.2007.Jan.11)

65) Ebrahim Barvandi was arrested instead of his sun Jalal in Mahabad police office. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Dec.18)

Sentences issued by courts:

66) Behrooz Alizadeh the Azar baijan National movement activist was sentenced to on year of suspension imprisonment in branch no.104 of Ardebil penal court, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions.(Hagh web logue.2007.Jan.2)

67) Jahandar Mohammadi was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment in branch no.104 of Sanandaj revolutionary court, under the accusation of having political activities and having relation with the Kurd ethnic groups.( Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Jan.7)

68) Mehdi Amini Zadeh a member of the Daftar –e- tahkim-e- vahdat central council was sentenced to 2 years of suspension imprisonment in branch no.36 of Tehran revision court, under the accusation of publishing lies on the aim of disturbing the public opinions and making the illegal formations. 69) Mikaeel Gholami was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in branch no.104 of Sanandaj revolutionary court, under the accusation of having relation with the Kurd ethnic groups. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Jan.7)

70) Abbas Lesani is in food strike for objecting his bad condition in prison. (Advarnews.Dec.21)

71) Samko Ghaderpoor is in food strike for objecting the court sentence. He is sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment with the charge of acting against the security of state. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Dec.24).

72) Zahra Aligholi 62 years old, who was in Iraq visiting her family was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment with the charge of cooperating Mojahedin organization.(Peik-e-Iran.2007.Jan.2)

73) -Naser Kheiralahi is in food strike for objecting his bad condition in prison. He is in prison for the last 3 years with the charge of acting against the security of the state. (Student committee of human right reporters.2007.Jan.8)

74) Saeed Mohamadi the Azar baijan National movement activist is in food strike for objecting his bad condition in prison and the bad attitude of the guardians. He was sentenced to one year imprisonment with the charge of participating in 15 June gathering in Tehran. (Advarnews.2007.Jan.13)

75) Ahmad Batebi the political prisoner was transferred to hospital after his convulsion in the prison. (Advar news .2007. Jan.18)

76) Farzad Kamangar the human right activist could not visit his family or having any connection with them during 45 days. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Jan.19)

Worker situation:

77) Mohammad Abaspoor, Rohalah Bazyar and Akbar ranjbariyan the workers of the”Iran Sadra” industry were arrested in Booshehr province with the charge of participating in an objection. (Ilna.2007.Jan.2)

78) More than 1000 workers of the”Parslion’ industry in Khoram Abard province are in strike because they did not receive their pays for 3 to 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

79) Thousands of workers work in “Asaloyeh” Island for some companies but half of them did not receive their pay for 5 to 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

80) The industries “Mayad Nakh”, “Diba Nakh”, “Aram Nakh” and ‘Mona Nakh” in Ilam province are shut down and 70 workers of them are now unemployed. They did not receive their pay for 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.6)

81) 40 workers of the “Choob va Sanat-e- Iran” industry in Saveh province did not receive their pay for 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

82) During last 2 months 6 industries in Ilam province are shut down and 200 workers of them are now unemployed. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

83) The “Zegal-e- Shomal” industry in Gilan province is shut down and 18 workers of them are now unemployed. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

84) 300 workers of the electronic industries; Damavand, Saadat, Modern and Mokhtari did not receive their pay for 6 to 15 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

85) 100 workers of the Nar Iran industry in Saveh province did not receive their pay for 2 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.7)

86) 15 workers of the “ Tosee Daneha-ye- Roghani Iran”industry in Golestan province were fired.(Ilna.2007.Jan.9)

87) 130 workers of the” Nasaji derakhsan-e- Yazd” industry did not receive their pay for 8 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.9)

88) 600 workers of the”Iran Barak” industry did not receive their pay for 3 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.11)

89) 16 workers of the Tehran motoring company were fired. They were charged with participating in workers objection. . Fired workers are as follow: Davod Razavi,Akbar Pirhadi, Hasan Karimi, Jamil Bahdori,Sadegh Khandan,Yousef Moradi, Amir Takhiri, Hasan Mohamadi, Gholam Reza Maram,Mahmood Hajiri, Gholam Reza Hoseini, Vahab Mohammadi, Gholam Reza Mirzaii, Ali Zad Hossein, Gholam Reza Khani and Hamid rezaii Fard.(Ilna.2007.Jan.11)

90) 142 workers of the”Athar Baft industry in Khoramdeh province did not receive their pay for 4 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

91) 80 workers of the” Noshin Sanat’ industry in Neyshaboor province did not receive their pay for 4 months. These workers are unemployed for more than one year.(Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

92) 400 workers of the” Vitana industry in Tehran did not receive their pay for 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

93) 620 miner of the “Sangrood Gilan” mine did not receive their pay for 17 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

94) 24 workers of the” Sepaan Pokht” were fired, because the managers could not pay them (Ilna.2007.Jan.12)

95) 300 workers of the” Samand-e-Semnan industry did not receive their pay for 6 months. They were on strike several times. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

96) 50 workers of the” Dehkadeh Razavi” in Khorasan province were fired (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

97) 95 workers of the “Sandogh-e-Nasooz Iran” industry in Tehran province did not receive their pay for 6 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

98) 25 lime-burner’s trade are shut down in Varamin province and 2000 workers of them are now unemployed. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

99) more than 70 workers of the” Iran Kelach” industry in Ghazvin province did not receive their pay for 2 months. They were on strike for showing their objection in Tehran.. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

100) After the objection of 2200 workers in Kashan province, 20 of them were arrested by the security guards. (Seda-ye-Edalat 2007.Jan.14)

101) 200 workers of the Parsanik industry in Ghazvin province receive their pay on checks for months to come .They don’t protest ,for fear of being fired.(Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

102) 240 workers of the “Sazmayeh” industry in Pakdasht province did not receive their pay for 3 years (Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

103) 35 suspend workers of the Tehran motoring company were fired. They were charged with participating in workers objection. (Ilna.2007.Jan.14)

104) 53 workers of the “Mazir Iran” industry are fired and 170 workers are unemployed for several months. They did not receive any payment. (Ilna.2007.Jan.13)

105) 120 workers of the “Harir” industry in Ghaem Shahr province did not receive their pay for 28 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.16)

106) 80 workers of the “Oromdasht” industry in Oromiyeh province did not receive their pay for 5 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.17)

107) 200 workers of the “Gohar Kooh” industry in Khash province did not receive their pay for 2 months. During these recent years 400 workers of this industry were fired. (Ilna.2007.Jan.17)

108) 16 workers of the “Damco” industry in Larestan province were fired by the company management. (Ilna.2007.Jan.18)

109) 20 workers of the “M-K Beton” industry in Shahriyar province did not receive their pay for 3 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.18)

110) The workers of the “Foolad Gozin” industry in Yazd province did not receive their pay for 4 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.19)

111) The workers of the “Farsh-e-Alborz industry in Babolsar province did not receive their pay for 15 months. Their objection in form of a gathering was ended by security guards interfering.(Ilna.2007.Jan.18)

112) The workers of the “Ajor Mashin” industry in Oromiyeh province did not receive their pay for 5 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.18)

113) 1000 workers of the “Sanaye-e- Felezi Iran” industry did not receive their pay for 4 months. (Ilna.2007.Jan.19)

114) Employment company of Shahriyar province fired 70 workers of the Fadak workplace.(Ilna.2007.Jan.19)

Sentenced to death

115) Ali 31 years old was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, branch no.71.with the charge of murdering Roh Alah. (Iran2007.Dec.21)

116) Ameneh 21 years old, was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, with the charge of committing adultery and murdering her son She was prisoner during the last 30 months.. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Dec.24).

117) A man 23 years old was sentenced to death in Esfahan penal court, branch no.16.with the charge of violating. (Iran2007.Dec.24)

118) Keivan Ahmadi 18 years old and Abd Alah Amiri 24 years old were sentenced to death in Sanandaj penal court, .with the charge of drug dealing. (Kurdistan Human Rights Organization – RMMK.2007.Dec.31).

119) Soghra 26 years old, was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, branch no.71.with the charge of murdering her mother 55 years old (Etemad 2007.Jan.6)

120) Ali 24years old was sentenced to two times execution in Tehran penal court, branch no.71.with the charge of murdering Neda Talebi 21 and Sam Daliri 27. (Iran 2007.Jan.5)

121) Ghasem 24 years old was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, branch no.74.with the charge of murdering Rajab. (Isna.2007.Jan.6)

122) A man was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, branch no.71.with the charge of murdering Mohammad 30 years old. (Iran.2007.Jan.7)

123) Sajad 18 years old was sentenced to death in Tehran penal court, branch no.71.with the charge of murdering his friend. (Isna.2007.Jan.14)

The four accused for the Ahvaz bombardment were executed in public view in Ahvaz prison. They were charged with fighting and acting against the security of the state. They are known as follow: Mohammad Chaab Poor, 28 years old, the Shooshtar university student AbdAlamir Farajalah Chaab, 26 years old, the Shooshtar university student, AliReza Asakare, 24 years old and Khalaf Khaziravi 34 years old.
